DAY 2 TRUJILLO - CITY TOUR - SOL Y LUNA

A.M: CITY TOUR, visiting the most outstanding places in Trujillo : The Perimetral Wall (Baluarte Herrera), Plazuela el Recreo, Archeological Museum, Iturregui Palace, la Emancipación House, La Merced church, Mariscal de Orbegoso House, Calonge Urquiaga House, The Cathedral, Mayorazgo House and the Main Square.
P.M.: Excursion to the Moche Valley, visiting the Moche countryside, where we can see traditional ways of working the land, and traditional clothing of the locals. The tallest clay temple in America is located in this countryside, the Sun Temple and the Moon Temple, with walls decorated with beautiful carvings in high relief representing Mochica mythology images. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 3 TRUJILLO - CHAN CHAN CIRCUIT - HUANCHACO
Breakfast in the hotel.
A.M: Visit to Chan-Chan archeological complex, seeing the Rainbow Temple or Dragon Huaca, the Tschudi Palace, one of the best-preserved citadels out of the nine. The walls are decorated with high relief friezes. We walk along the ceremonial squares, worship areas, reservoirs, storerooms, temples or "audiencias" and a burial platform. We will end our visit at a small fishing beach of Huanchaco, traditional fishing port where we can see the caballitos de totora (Antique Mochica boats).
Transportation to airport or bus terminal, for return trip. When we arrive to Lima, we will be welcomed and transported to the Hotel.

04:00 a.m. Pick up at the hotel and departure by private car to the city of Paracas. Arrival to the pier of Chaco where we will board a yatch to the BALLESTAS ISLANDS, paradise preserved by nature, with one of the largest concentration of marine fauna and flora in the world in their natural habitat. On the way we will be able to see the enigmatic CHANDELIER and important marine fauna. Birds in danger of extintion, like the Guanay Cormorant, the Booby, the Inca Tern, the Humbolt Pinguins, and complete colonies of sea lions. Approximately two hours long.

Then we will go to the NATIONAL RESERVE OF PARACAS, to get to know the Cathedral, outstanding rock conglomerate on which the ocean has carved a giant arch, the Mirador of Flamingos, and the Local Museum, where we can find the Paracas Man (4000 BC) and the Long Head Man (3060 BC).

Typical lunch with fish and sea foods on the Lagunillas beach. In the afternoon return to Lima and transportation to the hotel.

DAY 2 AREQUIPA / COUNTRYSIDE EXCURSION

In the morning we will go to Arequipa Valley irrigated by crystal clear stream water, surrounded by picturesque towns. We will visit Paucarpata district, known for its colonial temples and Inka terraces. Sabandia, picturesque town full of streams and outstanding landscape, with nice weather where you can find the Molino, built in 1622. We will then visit Tingo Resort, that has a typical Alameda (Tree-lined avenue). To end our visit we will go to The Mirador de Carmen Alto, where we will be able to see the volcano surrounded Arequipa. Night at the selected hotel.

we overfly the enigmatic NAZCA LINES, mysterious traces stretching across the sand for 350 km2., representing a diversity of images of animals and plants, such as the spider, the monkey, the dog, the lizard, the humming bird and the condor among others, of sizes that range from 15 to 250 meters, each one with depths of 30 cm. According to doctor Maria Reiche, the most outstanding scientists that studied the lines, it is the largest astronomic calendar in the world.

Then transfer to the terminal station to take the bus to return to Lima. Reception and transfers to the Hotel in Lima.

8.30 approximately, we will take a ski boat to UROS ISLANDS, a group of artificial islands, made with tied TOTORA, on which the native UROS live, descendants of a pre-inka race LOS PUQUINAS, different ethnic group from the aymaras and quechuas.After that we go to Taquile and take lunch there.

DAY 3 JULIACA / LIMA

Excursion to the CHULLPAS DE SILLUSTANI 34 km northeast from Puno, gigantic constructions for burials that reach 12 meters high sculpted out of volcanic rock with phallic shape. Thay are of particular importance for their size, the Chullpa del Lagarto and the 12 angles. All the archeological complex is on Lake UMAYO, connected subterranously with TITICACA Lake. 
Trasportation to the airport at a suitable time to board flight to return to Lima. Welcome and transportation to selected hotel.

DAY 1 IQUITOS / AMAZONAS SINCHICUY LODGE
Transportation from hotel to international airport in Lima to board flight to IQUITOS. One of our drivers picks you up at airport. On the way to the pier We will go through the city briefly to see main touristic attractions. At the pier we will board the boats to navigate along Amazon River.
Transportation to the Amazonas Sinchicuy Lodge, that has rooms protected with a metallic and private bathroom.

ECO- CULTURAL Program.
Excursion on foot or by canoo depending on the level of the river, the camp site of the native community Yagua, one of the most ancient amazon region. Return to the lodge. Lunch.
The excursion continues in the afternoon around the lodge, where you can see a diversity of plants from the region among them orchids. Visit to a fish farm and to see the manual extraction of juice from the sugar cane and the different fruit trees from the amazon jungle.
Night Excursion / Amazonic Legends …
We have a night excursion at a reasonable time by canoo or on foot depending on the water level, to enjoy the natural synphony of the surroundings. Return to the lodge and dinner.

DAY 2 AMAZONAS SINCHICUY LODGE / DAY TOUR TO YANAYACU RIVER

FLORA AND FAUNA program. All day exploration at Selva Primaria Reserve in the ecosystem of river Yanayacu, navigating along the Amazon river on open boats to observe the amazonic dolphins, bird diversity, some species of mammals and Victorias Regias that reach a diameter of 1.80 mtrs.
Arrival at the settlement of Huachalado and depending on the level of the river, a 30-minute walk or boat ride to Yanayacu river. Along the way you can see a variety of birds and amazon flora. Visit to the kingdom of Giant trees, where the most common species are those like the Lupuna. This area is renown for its excellent wild life, its abundant rainforest of Low Jungle (selva baja), its variety of plants, insects and butterflies which you can see along each stretch of the path which depending on the level of the water, can be travelled by canoo or on foot. Lunch (lunch box) at Tambo Yanayacu Lodge. Resting period. Start return trip to Amazonas Sinchicuy Lodge and on the way you will be able to fish pyrahnas or another variety of fish, with rustic rods and instruments used by locals, enabling us to get to know more about the ictiologic fauna in the area.
Return to the Sinchicuy Lodge. Interested passengers can take a ride by canoo. Dinner. Accomodation..

DAY 2 AREQUIPA / COLCA
Buffet Breakfast. 8.30 a.m. Departure to Colca Valley, located in the province of Caylloma, more than 3,500 meters above sea level (m.a.s.l.). Fast visit through the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca and Salinas, with the presence of the largest amount of high andean fauna and flora. Along the way we will be able to see groups of vicuñas, alpacas and llamas; we continue trip through the Bofedales (damp prairies) of Tojra, that nearly always have a great variety of andean birds. We continue along Chucura Crater going in along the Patapampa route, plain nearly 4,800 meters high where we will find the "Mirador de los Andes", strategic point to observe the Chila Mountain Chain with its snow peaks Mismi, Chucura, Huaracante, the volcanos Ubinas, Misti, Chachani, Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca. Arrival at Town of Chivay, capital of the province. Lunch at Restaurant Chivay. Visit to the thermal baths "La Calera", fountains of thermal waters located at 3 km. from Chivay, with facilities to take relaxing baths (bathing suit required, entrance fee not included). At this site we can find the Ethnologic Museum that shares the daily life of the inhabitants in the Colca Valley, handcraft, and typical clothing among others. Transportation to the chosen accommodation and dinner.

DAY 3 MIRADORES / CRUZ DEL CONDOR / PUEBLOS/ AREQUIPA
Breakfast early morning.
Departure to Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor, where you have the best view of the depth of the Colca Canyon, that is up to 3,400 m.a.s.l., for about 200 km. From this mirador you can see the andean condor in its habitat and its impressive flights. There is no precise time to watch them, you can see them at any time of the day depending on the luck and patience of the observers. In this canyon the ethnic pre-incas – Collaguas and Cabanas – made near seven thousand of hectares of andean terraces for a watering system. On our way back we can visit major tourist attractions, like the hanging pre-inca tombs, litomaquetas, miradores de terrazas and the towns of Pinchollo, Maca, Achola and Yanque. Arrival and lunch at Chivay.

We enjoy our buffet lunch and then we visit the archeological site of Ollantaytambo, located 97 km. away of the city of Cuzco, where we can see how the inkas used a special technique to work with stone. Return to Cuzco.
